So, I may be a bit behind because The Sinner on Netflix has been out for ages but I have never seen it, despite someone telling me it is amazing. However, I thought I’d give it ago last week and I can official say, I have finished it. Season 1 and 2, may I add.
Yes. It’s bad. Binge watching a programme in a week both season 1 and 2 probably isn’t healthy but if you have watched it you will understand and if you haven’t watched it you need to……NOW!
Honestly, after the first episode I was hooked. The women randomly stabbing a guy on a beach in front of everyone, I needed more answers. It’s a programme where you can go along with it to try and piece the pieces together, which is a programme I adore. No one watching it would have guested anything that is about to hit them throughout the seasons.
At the beginning of each season something tragic happens, eg. a murder. You know from the start who did but through the whole season you find out why this sinner done what they’ve done. What made them do it? What have they been through in the past to make them who they are now? What pushed them to do the deed? Following the whole story is the most interesting thing. Putting together the pieces and figuring out why someone so normal would do something so evil. This series is so fist clenching, edge of seat sitting intriguing that you won’t want it to end.
