Poem: Mothers of Britain.

Mothers of Britain

Mothers of Britain,

Don’t stop moaning at your children,

Even when we leave our shoes in the wrong place,

Or when we’re too lazy to do the chores,

Don’t stop moaning,

Even when our room is messy,

Or when we lie to you,

Just don’t stop moaning,

Even for the most ridiculous things,

Because we may argue back now,

But in years to come,

And we’re grown up,

We’ll soon wish you were here,

Moaning at us,

All over again.
